We offer Standard cover but you may contact us if you wish for another type of insurance or for any query.
No deposit is required under the Standard insurance option. However, you remain liable for the applicable excess in case of damage or accident.
Yes, delivery and collection at airport is free while delivery and collection can be arranged across the island at an additional cost. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Yes you can. Contact us on WhatApp to do so. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. No refunds apply for late cancellations, early returns, or unused rental time.
You must inform us immediately, or within one (1) hour. For minor incidents, the accident report form provided in the vehicle must be completed and returned within 24 hours.
We accept payments via credit card. Payments can be made fully online, partially online (with the remaining balance settled at pick-up), or in full at the time of vehicle collection.
Please note that a 4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

We operate a “same-to-same” fuel policy. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery or collection.
Yes, extensions and modifications are possible subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
